Return Policy

At GAMINE, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you've had a change of heart or are dissatisfied with your order, our straightforward refund policy is designed to simplify the return process.

Eligibility for Refund:

  1. Item Condition: To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  2. Return Period: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund.

How to Initiate a Refund:

  1. Contact Us: Start the return process by reaching out to our customer service team at info@gamineuae.com within the eligible return period.
  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your communication.

Refund Process:

  1. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions.
  2. Return Shipment: We will send the courier for free to pick up the item(s) back to us. While we cover the shipping cost for your initial return, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs for subsequent purchases.
  3. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item(s), we'll inspect them to ensure they meet eligibility criteria.
  4. Refund Issued: Once the return is approved, we'll initiate a store voucher equivalent to the purchase amount, deducting the initial delivery fee.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including:

  • Sale Items: Items on sale are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Personalized or Customized Items: Products tailored to your specifications cannot be returned.
  • All Accessories

Exchanges:

Regrettably, we do not currently offer exchanges. However, you can return items and place a new order.

Damaged Items:

If you receive the wrong item, a damaged, or defective product, please contact us. We'll arrange the collection of the order and ensure the correct or replacement product is redelivered to you at no cost.

Products are deemed damaged or defective if received in a damaged state or if a manufacturing fault occurs within two weeks of purchase. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered damaged or defective.
